I seriously wish I read everyone's review prior to ordering from them as well. I was so excited to receive all my patterns and when the package finally came...(which took forever) there were items missing and then replaced with wrong items. After many many emails I asked to speak to a manager and of course its only through email...anyway the manager said she would take care of it.
