I signed up for Cricket broadband internet. For the first two months it worked fairly well. The third month I started having extreme difficulty. My speed dropped to under 200kbps. Thats hardly a high speed connection. I tried contacting tech support at their 800 number. Thats a nightmare. I waited on hold several times for half an hour only to get another recorded message telling me that due to high call volume they would be unable to assist me and I should call back later.
