Bought first Serta Mattress and Box springs 9/27/09, delivered @10/16/09 first night right side was sagging way in, not acceptable. Called JCP, they came out and picked it up and brought mattress number two. Within a month the "Pillow Top" of mattress number 2 shiffed way over to the right about 2-3 inches. Looked like a herd of elephants have been living on it.
