bill for monthly service appeared on ATT phone bill. Phone contact rep claimed order had been placed on-line then confirmed by email. Service was for enhanced email, long distance fax, voicemail. However, information on their files had our name incorrectly spelled (not even close) and no other proof of order beyond a treferenced elephone number. Back search failed to show that an email had ever been received at our known email boxes. Refused to credit for the monthly charge $14.95. read full review »
