After nearly a month of trying to become a customer, with tech support trying to make the Vonage technology work (tech support was awesome, by the way; it was the technology that wasn't working), I finally decided to cancel the service. I figured I would get a full refund given that they never go the service working. BUT, not only were they not going to get me a refund, they had the audacity to try and charge me cancellation fees -- for canceling a service they could not render! Blew me away.
