I recently added two additional lines on my account for my children. When I talked to customer service, they talked to me about the 1500 minute talk and unlimited text, internet..ie. Great...that's just what I need, but if they didn't need 1500 minutes, we could change it the next month. Well...an additional $150.00 charge showed up..."DATA PLAN". What?????
