I purchased the montel healthmaster emulsifier and used it for approximately 1-1/2 months. It did all of the things that it was advertised to do. Then it burned out. After trying to restart it several times by using the restart button, without success, I called customer service and was informed that I could be sent another unit but I would have to pay shipping and handling costs of $29.95.
