Gift certificate that was paid-for in advance was not honored. It was sub-contracted with The Great American Balloon Company and they cancelled many times due to the weather, although the weather was not poor. After several years of emails and phone calls, they refused to give a refund unless we produced an original credit card receipt. We gave up. I never filed a complaint against the BBB, but understand and realize now that I will be forced to do so. read full review »
