Sometimes late last year a girlfriend of mine sent me 150 us dollars from the states and when i went to retrieve the money i was told that i could not get the money as they would have to call it in. This was done but the money was not given and so my girlfriend had was to call the branch over in Tampa to find out what was the matter.
