Bank of America raised the interest rate on my credit card from 9.9% to 22% without notice. I checked to verify that I had not paid them late and found that I have always paid more than the minimal due every month and have never been late. I contact them and had the unfortunate luck of being put in touch with one of the most rude people that I have dealt with in a long time.
