I was mistakenly subscribed to a service through my phone. I receivedre a txt message and immediately texted stop to end the subscription. I went online to make sure my phone would be refunded. I read their refund policy in regards to game but their was no information about subscriptions. I sent an email requesting a refund and was told they couldn't do it but would give me a game although I expressed I had no insurance in games (that's why I immediately unsubscribed. read full review »
