Citifinancial Auto drafted an extra monthly payment from my checking account in February which resulted in 13 overdrafts to my checking account at $35 dollars a piece. Their unwillingness to refund the full amount to me resulted in more overdrafts to my account this month. I contacted Citifinancial when I discovered the mistake, sent the required information from my bank as proof of their error, and was refunded the payment and 7 overdrafts.
