I was to get a trial of Ivory white for$1.00. I was shocked when i found out that they took out $78.00 from my checking account. I called customer service and they told me that they would cancel future shipments and, that my money would not be returned. The reason: The trial period had ended. They told me that they sent me a confirmation email saying that they were going to take this money out. I didn't get this email confirmation. Now i am out $78.00. I need help.
