My daugther purchased a sweater for me from Boston Proper for my birthday. I returned it for credit because the size was too big. I followed instruction using the returned lable that was provided and mailed it from post office and paid for returned shipping. It has been nearly 4 weeks and they claimed they did not have the item and that it was my problem that the package did not get there. Their customer service is the worst that I've ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They basically steal from their customer to make profit. read full review »
