I've been attempting to settle a claim that Comcast made against my stepdaughter which went to ER Solutions for collection. I have sent several letters and finally contacted Comcast directly regarding the claim. They indicated that I should continue to contact and/or send any settlement funds directly to ER Solutions. For several months, I have sent letters, as well as a check in an attempt to settle the outstanding claim.
