Metro Factory Service is the only authorized Frigidaire repair company near Washington, DC. Perhaps their location in New Jersey is why they have proven to have such inept service. When I made the appointment, the process was clear: they would establish the day of the appointment, then call the night before to verify the 3hour window when they'd arrive.
