I purchased a game online from this company. I downloaded it - it did not activate - got that figured out and then the game crashes immediately, I worked with their customer service 3 times and did all that they said and nothing worked. I did all of this within 48 hours of purchase. I requested a refund and have not heard anything back from them - this service is not worth the effort based on the constantly changing environments with firewalls, 32 bit versus 64 bit operating systems - there is too much complexity - for this service to work efficiently.
