i ordered a sleeping bag on dec.12, 09- i have called and emailed them many times-almost three months later, no money, no product. they kept telling me lies of how it was backordered, then how my money was going to be back in my account, etc. and they had the gall to say that i was unfriendly to them in an email. they SUCK. never order from them unless you like to give your money away to theives. read full review »
