Raintree Vacation Club company is trying to extort money from their members by charging a "special assessment fee" in the same amount as the regular maintence fee. My fee per year is $666.00. The contract that we signed does not include any legal term that allows for this "special assessment fee". We are being improperly charged and our membership benefit rights affected illegally. read full review »
