Below is a letter I sent to Trane back in '07. Another couple of years have passed and now I am really tired of this product. You can't clean the collection cells back to their original white color so how effective can they be if they are stained and dirty? Vacuuming doesn't work. Rinsing doesn't work and you can't even use mild soap like Seventh Generation or Dr. Bronners. I use a styrofoam packing peanut to clean the field charger electrodes.
