Do not use the Turbo Tax Refund Card!!! I had my refund deposited onto a refund card by Columbus Bank & Trust doing business with Green Dot/Turbo Tax Refund Card. It clearly states they will mail the card to the address on your tax return. After 3 weeks of waiting for the card to arrive, I called them and was told the address was a very old address that I have never used for filing taxes.
