It started out to be you won a gift all you had to do is pay for shipping charges...I was Charged on my creditcard 2/09/10 $3.99 on the same day $1.00 more .. On 2/16/10 Was Charged another $99.95 I'm spinning What has happen? What is going on? I am shocked that this company is sending products cheaply made.. I'm trying to reach this company only to get a recording.. I'll keep on trying to get refunded... read full review »

What turned out to be a free offer, turned into a $89.95 charged ... then a $29.95 charged I dont get it... I tried to cancell all i get is a voice message.. As the recording says call durning business hours which i;ve tried many times.. I want this company stop charging my creditcard... and stop sending me products that first of all I request Mentol got original filters which is nasty, recieved another order same original ...
