This company is a scam! We contacted them after recieving a notice that they could reduce our mortgage payments by half usually within 90 days. They told us to look them up on BBB and at the time, they were accredited and had an A+ rating. After numerous representatives later, HORRIBLE communication and a year gone by with our 2nd mortgage going up and being behind on our 1st mortgage, I called them to complain (again) and to demand a refund.
