I bought two queen mattresses from Havertys and they started badly sagging from day one and by day five the beds were a pile of junk. I never had back pain before, but due to bad sagging of the beds I had back pain with in three days after sleeping on this bed (actually I tried to sleep but could not!). Called the customer care and the quality control guy took the measurements and said the product was defective and the customer care was not at all helpful regarding a refund .
