The owner of this company is Robert Childs. He was arrested by the Santa Clara County D.A.'s office approx 8-2010 for owning and operating a scam company CLAIMING to be doing Loan modifications. The D.A. received many complaints about this person and the D.A. is aggressively pursuing Robert Childs.
