I ordered the "trial offer" and paid the shipping fees. I canceled any future shipments however within 30 days they charged my account almost $90.00. Then after disputing that charge, they charged me again in January for a second shipment that I never received. So when I called them they told me that the 30 day refund window was gone that they could ship again to me. How could I have a 30 day window on something I never received!!
