Unauthorized charges on Alltel cell bill for texing messages on my statement and were never asked for or wanted. I am begining charged $9.99 every month since I got my phone and I have complainted to Alltel thru customer services and at the store, all they do is give you the run-around, so know I want this cancelled and demand they refund all money they charged my cell phone account. read full review »
