I set up an account with this company in January 2010. I was told that I had $100 credit line. I tried to make a credit card payment and the agent wouldn't do it. I received the first bill and paid immediately. I left the country on January 18 and did not return until March 2. Prior to leaving, I called the company twice to find out my outstanding balance. No one ever answers the phone when calling the company.
