My mom was at Denny's her and my little brother, and as they were getting ready to leave, she transferred her lemonade to a (to go) cup and as she was drinking from it she saw a bug in her cup and she wanted to file a complaint/law suit but wants to know what necessary steps she needs to take to get this done, as she has witnesses, pictures, and it should be on the Denny's surveillance tape.
