A little over a year ago when we purchased a burgandy leather sofa & loveseat, they had only the loveseat on hand but said the sofa would be in within the next couple of weeks, which required a large deposit. When it came in the rep called to say I needed to pay the remainder of the balance even though we wouldn't be picking it up for 3 days.
