Like the others, I ordered merchandise from Red Envelop in December. I canceled the "free shipping" because it appeared that I would have to sign up for a rewards benefit program. Obviously, this must have been additional fine print that I missed along the way. As I reconciled my February credit card charges this month, I noticed I've been charged by Encore Mktg. The first was 1.95 and then 14.95 for the last 2 months. I see I'm not the only one who has been tripped up by deceptive practices. The phone number is only available M-F which is inconvenient for me. I will not order from Red Envelop again. read full review »
