Antonio Flores of Tony's Construction and Landscape Design has been cheating his workers out of their money for a long time, he has been brought to court a few times and won by default of the employee not showing because they some how got deported. He prays on the illegal immigrants, he works them and then doesn't pay. I was working with him so I know what he has been doing, and now he is into me for quite a chunk of money.
