I hate to admit it, but, I failed my first exam using the Post Office study guide materials. While the materials I obtained frome the Post Office were free, the six example questions clearly did not help me to prepare. My exam result was 68.2. Recently have been searching for work and came across Post Office job openings and decided to try again. I called FSS, and spoke to very nice gentleman.
