I own an HP slimline PC. The fan in the power supply stopped working. So I needed the power supply replaced, it was still under warranty. Seems like a pretty easy fix? They send me a box to ship it back to them, and no sooner than they get it, it is returned and they say there is nothing wrong! I then file a complaint, which was not easy by the way, and I get a call from a case manager who says he'll fix the problem. So they send me another box, and FedEx looses the box in Tennessee.
