I also received a book from the Readers Digest Company, who stated that by replying to their sweepstakes request I automatically join the book club even though no where on the sweepstakes form does it state that you do so. But by calling the Readers Digest Book Department at 1-800-463-8820, I told them that I did not ask to join their book club and should have never received any books from their company. I was able to talk to a customer service representative who politely apologized for the misunderstanding and cancelled my account. Good Job!!! read full review »
