I applied for a mortgage almost 3 months ago and was locked at 4-3/4% and then when rates jumped recently I received a form letter stating sorry we can't refinance you under this plan! I am amazed at how poor their responses have been. They are the lamest company I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER do business with them and I have done over 7 mortgages with them before! read full review »
