The previous owner had foundation of my house was repaired 3 and a half years ago by Allied. When I purchased the house, I received the transferable warranty. I had a technician come to my house to look at some small interior cracks. Unfortunately, after he came we noticed a much bigger problem. In my subdivision, the houses are built on the side property line. So to see the east side of my house, I have to go into my neighbors backyard.
