I bought a Dell Inspiron 531 with Vista Premium about a year and a half ago. I have spent so much time on the phone talking to dell technicians about the constantly occuring problems, so that I am about ready to go to Apple PC's. I had hardware extended warranty, so all of my problems became software problems. I bought software extended warranty, and now they are "hardware related software" problems.
