For a year and a half now we have had problems with CVS pharmacy's and CVS caremark. I have spent upwards of eighty hours in phone conversations with CVS and not gotten any resolution to the problem. Which by the way is CVS does not follow Federal or Government guidelines in processing FSA acounts for our purchases. They refuse to admit their wrong and I have yet to get ONE FREAKING Apolgy.
