I was charged $99.95 for a disaster kit that was advertised at 4.99. No place that I read in their advertisement told me that if I kept the kit it would cost me $99.95. IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! I called the phone number listed with the charge and can only get canned music no matter when I call. I can't complain or resolved an issue when I can't reach customer service.
