I am in the process of closing on a home. I have a chase credit card that I paid off. I called Chase customer service at the beginning of June to ask for a statement since the next one online wouldn't be until the end of June. I was sent to customer service reps that DID NOT SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH! they did not understand what I was asking for and said that they could not help me. So I cool off and call a couple days later.
