I ordered transcripts from Moody Bible Institute (MBI) about a month ago, but was told that there was a financial hold on my account. I graduated in 2004 and have not taken any classes from them since that time. They don't allow a student to graduate if that student owes the school money. I keep calling about the problem. The treasury department has been telling me that they can't see where the charges came from and that they'll look into it and call me back, but have done nothing.
