Direct TV should be banned from doing business in the US. They promise good service, customer support, etc and when you sign the contract that is the last time you can reach them. I have had their service for a year and my service is out most of the time. I can't reach an english speaking person and normally no one at all. You just stay on the phone and listen to their elevator music for hours until you decide to hang up. Their DVR is junk and has not worked correctly for over 3 days at a time since they installed it.
