The townhouse from Hell: Steve Boge from Eagle Rock Construction leases townhomes at 3470 Hillcrest Road, Dubuque, Iowa 52002. He advertises them as brand new, energy efficient, high-quality, luxury townhomes. However, I am a tenant in one of these units and they are anything but energy efficient and luxurious.
