I too have been scammed and have been charged $83.90 after I had canceled my subscription. Still I get the run around from their customer support. I ask them if I can have the number to their corporate office but they say they can't disclose that information. and would have to wait 30 days, REALLY!!! For some reason they do not see me as being in their system either. but yet my bank statement shows they have deducted this money out of my account, I did faxed them proof of my account being charged still they can't find me.
