In March of 2007 I was told I'd "won" a $300 gift certificate for laser hair removal from American Laser Center. I went to the free consultation, and was offered almost 50% the normal price for a treatment on the bikini area. The package I purchased was for 6 treatments and I was told that even though I'm strawberry blond, it would work guaranteed.
