I called in to try to get a directv tech. to come out and fix the problem with my tv. The problem was that it was snomy, the picture would go out then come back on. I pay for HD for my tv which is not very old. After I talked to a tech; which had me to try things that I already tried, with no fix for the problem . I hate calling for a tech because all they do is give you the run around . I was told by this tech that she couldn't do anything, but if I still have the problem to call back and they would send a tech out to fix it. And the problem was never fixed. If this is the kind of service they give customers maybe I should switch to DISH TV. read full review »
