Over a period of 13 months Blue Hippo deducted $1918. I was expecting delivery about the time my home remodel would be complete. In November 2009 I was told that I would be provided with a ship date within the next few days. By December 2nd I found from online that their assets had been seized and that they had filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. So I have filed a complaint with the FTC. Their Bankruptcy File # is: 052-3092 with the Federal Trade Commission. My only salvation: take this loss as a deduction on my tax return for 2009. read full review »
