My total household income is $674 from ssi.We have 4 elementary age children.In Feb. i had to get assistance from Lift to pay the e lectric bill.I had already gotten my 2 week ext., from power company, and it was due at the time of assist. Lift payed all but $15.The next afternoon we get home and our power is off for not paying the $15.With 4 kids and a freeze advisory that night we have to go pay $45, 15 plus 30 reconnect to have heat for the night.The utility companies have no competition so they no they can do you whatever way they want... read full review »
