These guys did the same thing to us! We sold the car, they owners had the car towed and now they want us to pay. We faxed ALL proof and they will not let go. Now it's on my husband's credit report and we live outside the country for business. No way to go to California for small claims so we are at the mercy of this sh*thead. I guess this is "all good" for some businesses to let this group buy their bad credit but when you're not the responsible party it makes the innocent pay for the guilty party.
